This audit has been prepared and compiled in accordance with AS & NZS 1891.1, 1891.4 & 4488.1 [Harnesses and ancillary equipment, PFPE hardware & software inspections].
Any failed items are clearly marked in the comments field and have attached photographic evidence as proof of failure to comply with AS/NZS.
In the event of a fall or damage of any of the equipment, all components [hardware & software] must be inspected and certified before further use.
Section 4.4 of WHS [Work, Health & Safety] Act applies to height safety. These regulations take into consideration the recommendations made by AS/NZS 1891.4 which state the frequency of inspection for harnesses and ancillary equipment is 6 monthly.
